1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wishklick.com or engaging WishKlick's digital marketing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

WishKlick provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Social Media Marketing & Management
• Web Development & Design
• Graphic Design & Branding
• PPC Advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads)

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in individual client agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and timely feedback
• Grant necessary access to platforms (website, ad accounts, social profiles)
• Make payments on time as agreed in the service contract
• Ensure content you provide does not infringe third-party rights

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are defined in individual service agreements. Generally:

• Monthly retainers are due at the start of each billing cycle
• Project-based work requires a deposit before commencement
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them (logos, website designs, written content). WishKlick retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

WishKlick's own website content, branding, and proprietary strategies remain our intellectual property.

6. Results Disclaimer

While we work hard to deliver measurable results, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors including market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and client cooperation. WishKlick does not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue figures unless explicitly stated in a signed agreement.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your business strategies, data, or financials to third parties without your consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All outstanding payments become immediately due
• Client will receive all completed work and access credentials
• WishKlick will complete any work already paid for

9. Limitation of Liability

WishKlick's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through mutual negotiation or, if necessary, through the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
